Kambo is a secretion from the Phyllomedusa bicolor (giant leaf frog), traditionally used by Indigenous tribes of the Amazon. It is not a psychedelic; its effects are primarily physiological and immune-related, with secondary psychological and emotional impacts.
Kambo contains a complex mixture of bioactive peptides that interact with the nervous, endocrine, and immune systems.
